Salvio's is truly a gem of Cary! The food is fantastic -- pizza, salads and pasta all are wonderful. Last time I got a cannoli and it was delicious. I always find the crew that works here is friendly with a smile for everyone. And the lunch special is a FANTASTIC deal -- 2 large slices of pizza and a drink for a great price. Highly recommend you check this place out. You will gain a new favorite pizza place if you do. :)

We love Salvio’s Pizza. The lunch specials are our favorite. They know my order when I arrive, gourmet white and supreme. A local pizzeria that welcomes you as soon as you walk in the door.

Salvio’s never fails but always exceeds expectations. The pizza is good old original pizza weather you choose plain or the works. Added touch for GLUTEN FREE individuals YES it is just as excellent I personally am an eggplant parmigiana lover can never get enough weather their plate or sub/hero it is the same delicious eggplant parmigiana I grew up with. BUT I’m also a lover of salads especially Antipasto Salads. It is as good as I have ever had in 68 years. I strongly recommend the House Dressing. I’ve grownup on homemade Italian Dressing and they have nailed itI do not recommend where people eat unless it is past 5 stars. Salvio’s is that restaurant.

We have ordering from Salvio’s at least once as week as long as they have been in Cary. The pizza is the best that we have found in Cary after much sampling. The sandwiches, calzones, and pastas are also amazing. We are always greeted by name. Best pizza in Cary!

Have always had great pizza here. The crust is fresh and delicious. Never under or over cooked. Love the spinach, tomato, and white sauce pizza.

Love this place! We have only ordered carryout pizza, but we were hooked after the first order! Now they are our go-to for pizza night! Always perfect and delicious -- and the only pizza that my kids will actually eat the crust. Now that's saying something.

Delicious homemade food, excellent service. Friendly family-run business. The garlic knots are to die for. Their pasta sauces are all very fresh and homemade. The steak & cheese sub is far superior to any others around claiming to be authentic Philly. And you’ll love the pizza. Their sausage is my favorite topping.

Pizza is the best in the area. Been eating there pizza for 15+ years. Reminds me of traditional NY pizza growing up as a kid in the northeast. Try their cheese steaks too - the best!

Salvio's is our favorite neighborhood pizza delivery place. Everything is good. Sometimes we get pizza, sometimes salads and sometimes subs depending upon our mood. I always order some extra meatballs to put in the freezer for later.

Chicken Parm is delicious! I've ordered the family meal for delivery a few times when cooking dinner just wasn't going to happen. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the last time I ordered the Chicken Parm family meal for delivery the pasta was missing. I called the store and was told to email the manager which I did but never got a response. It would have been nice to have some resolution to the issue. Great food though!

We love Salvio’s! We have gotten the Supreme pizza before and the amount of toppings is extremely generous and it’s delicious!! We love the calzones and Stromboli’s as well. We look forward to trying out new things from their menu, everything sounds so good!

Neighborhood pizza joint that knows who you are and treats you like family. Great pizza every time. Fresh ingredients extensive choice of toppings. Been going for years, nice to see during this time they are staying open and have placed measures in place to protect their customers. Can get busy at times so plan ahead .

Salvio's is truly decent pizza. The staff is always friendly and the prices cannot be beat. The XL pizza will feed a family of 4 with maybe even some leftovers. I've also had a tasty side salad. I've only done pick-up take out and not delivery. Look for excellent coupons which are a bonus!

Today is the 1st time ordering from this restaurant....I love Italian Food. When trying a new Italian restaurant, I rate restaurants based on how my favorites compare to other dishes from other restaurants. My favs are Chicken Parmigiana, sausage roll or stromboli, and HIGHLY acclaimed NY pizza. When trying a new restaurant it takes time but today I ordered Chicken Parmigiana Sandwich and a medium Pepperoni Pizza. If the app will allow me to upload a picture.....I decide to try a slice of pizza on my way home. I opened the box to find almost all of the cheese, the sauce, and of course the pepperoni had slid to the left side of the pizza box. Normally I would have turned around and slung that pizza back in the servers face. Alas, a voice whispers "try it" so I pull over in the Amtrak Depot and ......well let's just say that, they will see me again, but I wont be mad about that pizza tho'. Only 3 stars because of the toppings sliding off....and no I did not drop it.

We order a large pepperoni pizza for the kids & fiancee & I get 2 different gourmet strombolis once a month or so and it's always amazing! We try different appetizers, salads, & wings most orders and they are delicious as well. We have only done delivery but service is always amazing too! Ordering online is fast & easy.

Great pizza, great wings. The NY white is spot on. We got delivery during "Quarantine 2020". I ordered online around 10am for a 12:30 delivery. Pizza was hot and on time. Left on our doorstep. Well done. Ps... Don't forget to tip your delivery people!!

Best pizza in Cary. I have been going to for years. I live nearby and it's a great spot to grab a pie on the way home. Service is always great. Food is even better. We always get a large pizza with pepperoni. Consistent every time. I love this place. It's delicious, fast and hits the spot!!

We have been going to Salvios for many years, it's one place our family can agree upon. The pizza is great, especially the sausage and pepperoni. We are also big fans of the Steak and Cheese subs. Ordering online is easy, and you can find coupons if you look hard enough (smile).

We have been getting pizza from Salvios for over 10 years now and have never been disappointed. Their food is outstanding and always fresh. We always feel like family when we walk in because everybody greet you with a great big smile.

A typical hole-in-the-wall pizza joint in a strip shopping area. Pizza very hot but taste not above par. Walls relatively bare, sparsely decorated. Pizza cooked fast but counter staff slow. Prices higher than average for large pizza. Almost $16 for large cheese. Tables need to be cleaned more often. Cleanliness a little suspect.

Experience of late has been very good. If the owner or Nunzio are working, it is always very good. When they are not there and young people are in charge, it is not so good. Had a fantastic white pizza this week. I miss having lunch and their pizza special, hopefully our Governor will finally open things up again so we can really enjoy it. We have only ordered several different dinners here, but love everything that we have tried! Eggplant or chicken parmigiana and ziti have been excellent choices. The dinners come with a choice of a side, either spaghetti or salad, so everyone can get what they like! The portions are generous and the pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend!

For over 10 years I’ve enjoyed Salvio’s, whether it’s wings, calzones or the numerous unique pizzas they have. The stuffed crust is my favorite. Service has always been terrific too. A hidden gem in the area!

I’m giving this place 1 star because they are super unprofessional. I was hired for in-house and they wanted me as a delivery driver and I said no. Now all of a sudden they don’t need anyone to work inside at all. And they had me wait 40 minutes before they told me that they did not need me after he had hired me yesterday. If y’all want good pizza go to Alex & Teresa’s in Cary off of Harrison Ave by the Walmart.

Best pizza in the triangle. Always the right ratio of sauce to cheese and the crust is always perfect. Closest thing to New York pizza you can find around here. Service is great, too! I love ordering on their app. So easy. Great place.

We love Salvios! We have been eating/ordering at the Raleigh location almost weekly since we moved here 2.5 years ago. The staff is friendly, the food is amazing and the price is right. Would highly recommend!

Pizza crust is the best in town. Steak and cheese sub is excellent. Good meatballs, good chicken parm. Guys working are always friendly when I pick up an order.

I moved to NC from NYC. I was raised in NJ. I say all this to tell you that Salvio’s is the real deal. Delicious NY style pizza. Salvio’s is our go to pizza place. We love it and so do all the other transplants I know living in the “containment area”

If we are getting pizza we are only calling Salvios. The pizza reminds me of NY pizza, the ingredients are high quality and we always have fantastic service. The whole menu looks delicious but we haven’t made it past the pizza and garlic knots!
